Good: We purchased the Latex core mattress and the slat foundation. We visited several times before we purchased our mattress as part of the research we were doing to buy a new mattress. Design Sleep was the way to go for us hands down. Our purchase experience was wonderful. We felt zero pressure had a great time trying all the mattresses and got lots of information about what we were laying on, how it would benefit our sleep and overall health and truly we were not disappointed when the mattress and foundation were delivered. We were even shown a cheaper yet comparable mattress to try before we settled on the Latex core. I cannot tell enough people they need to visit Design Sleep before they buy their next mattress. The best part about the mattress is when we go on vacation, we cannot wait to get back to our mattress at home. And it is so comfortable, we lay on it just to lay on it.

Good: I like using natural products, I didn’t want any chemicals and I want to reduce my allergies. Like the knowledge transfer that takes place without high pressure sales techniques.
Bad: I’m not happy with the low profile euroslats, the bed is too low – difficult to stand when hips are lower than my knees, hard to make the bed and can’t fold clothes on the bed. I wish I had thought of all of these before I decided on the low-profile.

Good: Yes, both did! Product: As my husband would say, “I don’t know what it is about this bed, but it is marvelous!” He loves it. Our dog would agree, as he lies down on it any chance he gets (day & night). I, personally, have not slept this well since my last trip to Western Europe where these sleep-systems are almost the norm. Service: We were not rushed when trying out the different mattresses for hours. The owner was extremely knowledgeable of the bed systems, of the causes that affect sleep, and of the solutions to sleeping problems.

Good: My bed is excellent… I didn’t know anything about beds, but Mike told me everything there was to know about good beds and bad beds. My latex bed is just right.. not too soft, not too hard. I don’t even move around at night, I just fall asleep and wake up in the same position, I don’t feel the need to roll around to get comfortable. Its a great bed!
